1) How to Use the Site
- Set a date range using Date from/Date to or a Quick select preset.
- Narrow results with Issuer and Filer text filters.
- Choose one or more Category types to focus on specific disclosure events.
- Select optional Tags to focus on disclosures tied to known investor groups.
- Click any disclosure title to open the source filing (or translated page) in a new tab.
- Use Load older days to fetch more historical disclosure files into the current view.
2) What Those Options Mean
Date from / Date to
Limits results to disclosures with a publishedDate between the selected dates (inclusive).
Quick select
Fast date presets: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and This month.
Issuer
Text match against issuer name/code. Useful when tracking specific listed companies.
Filer
Text match against filer name. Useful for shareholder/investor disclosures and large-holder filings.
Category: BUYBACK
Share repurchase related disclosures.
Category: M&A
Mergers, acquisitions, business combinations, or structural reorganization events.
Category: TOB
Tender Offer Bid related disclosures.
Category: >=5%
Large shareholding disclosures where holdings cross or update around the 5% threshold.
